Antenna and Propagation Slide Rule

 

This is a unique calculation aid. It allows quick calculation of:

bulletAntenna gain and bandwidth vs diameter and efficiency
bulletLine of sight propagation losses
bullet2-ray propagation losses
bulletFresnel Zone distance
bulletdB values

The 2-ray propagation and Fresnel zone distance scales (which are required for predicting link performance near the ground) make this slide rule different from all others, and extremely useful for calculations having to do with tactical military communication and communications electronic warfare.
